Yibing Li, M.D.
Dr. Li, the founder and president of CPMR, is an interventional physiatrist. She is board
Certified in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
She is a graduate from Washington University School of
Medicine/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She has been in
practice at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, IL for three
years prior to opening her independent practice.
Dr. Li has special clinical interests in electrodiagnostic studies
and interventional pain management. She works very closely
with primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons,
neurosurgeons, chiropractors, and other healthcare
professionals in the area. She is not only well-trained in
advanced western medicine, but has extensive experience in
Chinese traditional medicine for pain management. Dr. Li is
the first certified physician in central Illinois to perform
painless neurosensory testing with Neural-Scan, the most
advanced, gold standard in pain diagnosis.

Sally Sutkowski, PT, is a licensed physical therapist and personal trainer who will be
working with you and supervising your workout program and rehabilitation. She has
practiced physical therapy for over 30 years and specializes in pain control,
strengthening and stretching to produce a more healthful life.
Khara Celia, PTA, is a licensed physical therapy assistant who has worked in the
orthopedic field for 9 years. She has worked with various diagnoses from neck pain,
back pain, carpal tunnel, finger fractures, elbows, shoulders, legs and ankles either
due to pain, fractures or surgery.
James Scarpaci, PT, is a licensed physical therapist who joined CPMR since
December 2011. He received a BS degree in physical therapy, with honors, at the
University of Illinois at Chicago in 1991. Then he pursued a MHS degree in physical
therapy , again with honors, at University of Indianapolis. Prior to joining CPMR, he
has worked St Joseph Healthcare in Chicago and at the IllinoisValley Community
Hospital in Peru, Illinois. He was the Director of Rehabilitation Service and a clinical
instructor for the IVCC Theraputic Massage Program. James is specializes in treating
neuromuscular pain and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Jesakia Artis, is a licensed massage therapist. She joined CPMR in 2011. She
graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Midwest Technical Institute in
2009. She specializes ni treating muscle pain, neck pain, back pain, headaches,
fibromyalgia and other spasm or disorders. She is well trained in deep tissue
massage, swedish massage and hot stone massage.
